Having a budget is one of the toughest things for a recruitment marketing manager to work with, considering the vast amount of competition there is in the industry. There is temptation to spend more and more to gain wider reach and do more, but in actual fact the best remedy for success is to create a good formula that works, and then Adidas Superstar Dames up the ante on it.

What I can say though, is highlight the areas of focus and goals of your digital marketing over the last year and deliver a status update on how you have done in regards to achieving them. How would this work have affected ROI and what will it do in the long run for you?
